Tasting notes: Made from the same grape variety as Gavi (and in the same region). This is a fresh, crisp and dry white with green apple aromas, lime and honeysuckle.

Producer: From the town of Gavi, Piedmont in the North West of Italy. Corteses grapes for Gavi are grown all over Piedmont, but the vineyards surrounding Gavi, are considered the best.

Winemaking: Cultivated in the Monferrato hills on southwest facing vineyards at altitudes between 250 and 400m.
