African Drumming / Steel Pan Workshop

Revel in the rhythm and be at one with the beat. This wonderful activity is perfect for outdoors or indoors as well as large or small groups. We’ll provide everyone with an authentic instrument to play.

Our leader will teach participants how to get the different sounds from the instruments in an interactive and fun way. You’ll learn a basic rhythmic traditional pattern that will gradually build to become more complex.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel a tremendous sense of achievement after successfully playing a traditional Afro-Brazilian rhythm or Caribbean Steel Pan.
