Sonia Dean: Founder and MD

Back in 2006 I had a brainwave and thought that I would sail the Seven Seas single-handedly, armed only with a hip flask and a packet of Fisherman’s Friends. Obviously that was a ridiculous idea as I am a really weak swimmer, so I decided to go for option 2; using all of my existing knowledge in the experience and corporate market, and contacts and skills to start up a very treasured and beautifully nurtured company called Events Incorporated Ltd.

Several years later, having progressed from spare room status, log cabin (Shed Quarters) and now to the delightful ‘cottage’ (or Nana’s House as it was nicknamed recently due to its quirkiness), the company is growing from strength to strength.

Lisa Carpenter: Event Manager

Having been a dare devil kinda gal – and having the philosophy of trying anything once, it’s been great to be able to road test some of our amazing products and get to organise them for everyone else to enjoy!

A sociable creature at heart, with a passion for looking after others and more importantly having some laughs along the way (which I tend to do when nervous or petrified about things too!!)  I started to work for Events Incorporated Ltd just under 3 years ago just to help out between a career change and well ..erm still here as I love it! The challenge of spinning many plates in a small, growing, exciting business is rewarding in many aspects and all of the team are dedicated to quality over quantity, exceptional customer service and always finding solutions not problems! Hopefully get to work with you soon too.

Gail Crowe – Event Co-Ordinator

Hi I'm Gail I became part of the team in May. I'm a very fortunate mum to 3 beautiful girls, and the owner of a lovely dog called Deefa (D for dog) get it?!?! I work part-time for the company with a lovely vibrant team. Coming from a customer service background, and also having worked in the Events Industry for a number of years, I believe this is paramount to a successful business I also like to treat people the way I would like to be treated....I will leave u to guess how that is :-)!!!!!

Tena Koutou Katua. A Kiwi by birth, I left my home land of Aotearoa to seek adventure, travel the world and learn new cultures. Forward the clock and I find myself living in Blighty and working for a company whose philosophy is my kind of style - FUN! I'm up for a laugh so I'm quite at home being part of the team... they are all nuts!

Jack the Dog – Security Officer

Jack joined the company when he was 5 months old. Initially he assisted by shredding unwanted files but now he likes to take a back seat in the company and will join office meetings from time to time.
