We warmly welcome individuals and groups to revel in the glorious setting of our picturesque farm where you will find over 75 acres of orchards, woodland and open fields at your disposal. Experience the irresistible addiction of our activities.
Activities can be anything from a half day, (3 activities) to a full day (4 activities), and include full commitment to safety and training provision. We are more than happy to put together a bespoke activity day for groups of 6 or more.

Quad Bike Safari
Available as a one off event, half day or full day event. First learn how to negotiate your way around the obstacle course as you get to grips with the bike and then you’re off on a ramble over differing terrain, up and down slopes through woodland and parklands.
Apache Rally Racing
Available as a one off event, half day or full day event. Arguably one of the most exciting experiences you’ll get! You are in the driving seat of a twin-seater off road racing car. They are fast and furious and more akin to driving a rally car on ice. With a qualified instructor on hand you can push yourself to the ultimate driving experience.
Off Road 4 x 4 Driving
You will be amazed by just where you can go in a 4 x 4 Off Roader! You will be given practical instruction in the skills and awareness that you need to move yourself and your 4 x 4 vehicle safely across difficult terrain. You will then be pushing the vehicle to its limits as you negotiate near vertical drops and steep climbs. An unforgettable experience that will challenge even the most daring of drivers!
Amphibious Maxkats
These six-wheel drive skid steer amphibious vehicles are great fun, handling most terrains with ease. Get in the driver’s seat and navigate the vehicle around our all terrain course up and down the slippery slopes and you will soon see that there isn’t much that will stop these vehicles.
Hovercrafts
Riding on a cushion of air, the hovercraft provides a truly unique experience. With simple throttle and steering controls it needn’t take long to learn the principles of driving a hovercraft, but the exhilaration will keep you endlessly enthralled.
Sporting Trials Cars
This is one of the oldest recognised motor-sports in the country and you would not believe it is possible to climb such steep gradients until you have witnessed this first hand.
Reverse Steer
Total confusion reigns as you drive a car that turns left when you want it to turn right. Driving around an obstacle course against the clock, and with penalty points for hitting any cones on the way, always ends up with hilarious results.
Blindfold Driving
This is a great team event. Everyone gets the chance to drive – whilst blindfolded - with the rest of the team shouting instructions from the back on how to negotiate the vehicle around a twisting, turning track.
4 x 4 Treasure Hunt
Our treasure hunt will take you through much of the Kent countryside and through the lovely Kent villages where you are on a quest to solve all the clues, take photographic evidence of what you find, purchase certain items and beat the other teams back to the start! However, we can tailor make treasure hunts to suit your specific requirements.
Where does the experience take place?
We are Located in rural Kent. We are conveniently located for London and the South East. You can find us just off the M20. We also have other various venues in Kent and Southern England whom cater for our activity requirements should you wish for a location nearer to you.
What should I wear?
Make sure you wear casual clothes and boots that you won’t mind getting muddy!
In very wet weather, a change of clothes is advisable. We can provide waterproofs, should they be required. Crash helmets and safety goggles will be provided.
How long should I allow for this experience?
This experience may take a full or half day depending on your chosen activities.
Half day – 9.30-12.30 or 1pm – 4pm. Full Day – 9.30 -4pm with an hour for lunch (Additional costs for lunch applied)

All year round.
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age varies between 14-18 years depending on the vehicle being driven and the license required, if any.
Maximum weight restriction; 20 stone. If you are extraordinarily tall or short, or feel that your physique may impair your enjoyment of these activities in any way, please call us before booking.
Minimum and Maximum Numbers
Our activities are based on a minimum number of 6 guests. We can accommodate large group sizes which we are happy to discuss at the time of booking.
