The Original Chocolate Workshop
This activity includes learning about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar.
You will learn how to make fudge, praline and truffles and have the chance to create your own flavoured truffle centres with spices and essential oils.

Under a skilled chocolatier’s guidance you can become creative with cutting, dipping and decorating your chocolate which you can take home in a red ribbon tied box along with demonstrated recipes you have learnt during the day.

You will be put into teams where you will be quizzed on your new chocolate knowledge with the chance to win coloured foils, texture and transfer sheets to help produce the most creative chocolate.

The Team Building Chocolate Workshop
Aaah, team building: the camaraderie of the zip wire, the challenge of the rope swing, the freezing river, the mud……It doesn’t have to be like this. In fact, we’d go so far as to say that a chocolate team-building day will have your staff viewing you in a new and lovely light.
Each team arriving at our lovely 1950s-style kitchen workrooms is greeted with a golden envelope containing a chocolatey challenge: create a top-notch box of confectionary targeted at a specific market. Not only do they have to design the chocolates, produce the packaging and devise a TV ad to promote their wares – teams have to cut, dip and decorate a selection of truffles, pralines and fudge as well. Along the way they’ll learn a bit about the history of chocolate and have plenty of chances to taste the product. It’s fun, it’s competitive, it’s messy – but we do provide large and practical aprons so no-one’s wardrobe is at risk.
Spectacular prizes to the winners, and maybe a little consolatory something for the rest. **During your experience the option of unlimited Champagne can be made available (additional costs per person will be incurred which we are happy to discuss at time of booking).
Tea and Coffee will be provided also for those not wishing to sip champagne.
